DEFINED BEFORE SERVICES BEGIN
Clarity around every arrangement.
Visit arrangements are reviewed in light of the applicable court order and agreed service procedures. Availability, visit setting, duration, fees, communication arrangements, and any documentation or reporting requirements must be confirmed before services begin.
Documentation format, recipients, timing, and reporting obligations are not assumed. These details depend on the applicable requirements and service arrangements.
Service availability and acceptance of a particular arrangement are confirmed following review.

Supervised child exchange
A neutral presence during the transfer of a child between parties, with arrangements reviewed before scheduling.
Special written reports
Special written reports are available for $75. Scope and any applicable requirements are confirmed before preparation.
Court appearances
Court appearances are $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Availability and applicable arrangements must be confirmed.

Additional fees & inquiry instructions
Weekend appointments are available at the regular $75 hourly visitation rate. Routine visit documentation is included in that rate; a special written report is $75. Holiday visitation is $100 per hour and is available by appointment only. Travel outside Los Angeles County is quoted before booking.
